Shipping Policy

All national confirmed orders are sent by Courier Post track & trace. Oversized New Zealand parcels may be sent by a reputable transport operator. All international confirmed orders are sent by New Zealand Post International Air. NOTE: International is not a track and trace service.

All confirmed order packages are not signature required; however, if a customer wants signature required, this can be arranged at a cost to the customer.

Shipping Costs will vary as they are weight based (volumetric weights do apply). All Shipping charges will be shown in the checkout part of the store.

Orders will be processed within standard working hours. Any orders received outside of these times will be processed on the next working day.

Please note: Orders are not shipped over the weekend or public holidays.

Basis NZ are not to be held responsible for damaged items in the post.

Our shipping rates are constantly under review and may be amended without notice. We will endeavour to keep our shipping rates as reasonable as possible.
